DESCRIPTION:APP U.S. Collegiate Championships – TEAM COMPETITION!\n—————————————————\nSchools compete in one of four qualifiers held during the 2024 school year to secure a spot in the 2025 U.S. Collegiate Championships TEAM Competition. \nTeam Captains who qualify will be provided a PIN# to complete registration and payment. \nTeam rosters will be submitted 7-10 days prior to the event. \nThe 2025 U.S. Collegiate Championships INDIVIDUAL and TEAM Competition events are held during March 27 – 30\, 2025.\n—————————————————\n* See the attachment on this page for the URL link to the Individual Competition and each APP U.S. Collegiate Qualifier event page.\n—————————————————\nDAYS OF COMPETITION\nTHURSDAY\, MARCH 27\, 2025\n* 2:00 pm – Courts Open for Practice\n* 3:00 pm – Hotel Check-in\n* 6:00 pm – Player Meeting (all players encouraged to attend) \nFRIDAY\, MARCH 28\, 2025\n*8:00 am – TEAM COMPETITION: Round Robin Pool Play\n* 1:00 pm – INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION: Mixed Doubles\n* 7:00 pm – Player Dinner \nSATURDAY\, MARCH 29\, 2025\n* 8:00 am – TEAM COMPETITION: Single Elimination Playoff Bracket \nSUNDAY\, MARCH 30\, 2025\n*8:00 am – INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION: Men’s Singles & Women’s Doubles\n*Afternoon TBD – INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Singles\n—————————————————\nREGISTRATION DEADLINE – FEBRUARY 23\, 2025\n—————————————————\nAPP U.S. COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIPS TEAM EVENT PAYOUT – $32\,500 \n1st – $12\,000\n2nd – $6\,000\n3rd – $3\,500\n4th – $2\,000\n5th-8th – $1\,250\n9th-12th – $1\,000\n——————————————————-\nTOURNAMENT BALL: OWL CK40 “Official ball of the APP U.S. Collegiate & Signature Series”\n—————————————————\nWITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY\n– Withdrawals before March 13\, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $24 cancellation fee.\n– If you registered and paid tournament fees – all events were full and you were NOT able to compete – a FULL refund will be issued for all fees paid.\n– If you registered and paid tournament fees for multiple events – not able to participate in an event because it was full – you will be refunded for the event fee only.\n– Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days at the completion of the tournament.\n– No refunds or credits for any reason after the WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE ABOVE
