Myth: Scholarships are common.
Fact: Most schools do not offer scholarships for pickleball. Currently, there are only a handful of colleges that offer Pickleball Scholarships.

Myth: It's easy to get a scholarship if I play competitively already.
Fact: Typical scholarship-level players are already at 4.5 DUPR rating or above.

Myth: If I have a high rating, a scholarship is guaranteed.
Fact: Colleges do not base scholarships on ratings only. They also consider academics, tournament experience, team fit, coachability, reliability and attitude.

Myth: Larger schools offer more scholarships.
Fact: Most scholarship programs are at smaller private or faith-based colleges.
