Join the Team That’s Building the Future of Collegiate Pickleball

CollegiatePB is a fast-growing startup dedicated to elevating collegiate pickleball across the country. What started as a passion project just a short time ago has quickly gained traction — expanding tools and resources for collegiate clubs, partnering with industry leaders, and building a growing online community of players, clubs, and fans.

We’re still in the early stages, but the momentum is real. If you’re excited about being part of something at the ground level — something we truly believe is going to reshape collegiate pickleball — you’re in the right place.

Our Internship Philosophy

As a small, self-funded startup, we currently offer unpaid, for-credit internships only for undergraduate students only.

We believe in being transparent about this from the start. While we aren’t in a position to provide paid opportunities yet, we are committed to giving interns meaningful, real-world experience that builds portfolios, resumes, and career skills.

Our interns get hands-on involvement in projects that matter — not busywork — and are treated as genuine contributors to CollegiatePB’s growth.

What Interns Can Expect

Depending on your experience, interests, and academic goals, you may have the opportunity to work on:

  • Digital Media & Social Content
Help create content for CollegiatePB’s rapidly growing social channels, including video clips, graphics, player stories, and tournament highlights.

  • Research & Data Projects
